Cancellation Policy:

1st payment in the amount of 50% of rental fee is due at the time of reservation. The 1st payment is non-refundable. 2nd payment is due 2 weeks prior to rental date and non-refundable as of that date. Payments may be done by cash, certified cheque or personal cheque.

Cottage Overview:

Our cottage is located on Lac Edja, Quebec. The lake is a mid-sized lake shaped like a “Figure 8”. At its narrowest part it is shallow and sandy, allowing children to play on a wide, sandy, Florida-like beach.

The cottage is approx. 75 minutes from Ottawa, Ontario and 4.5 km from the village of Blue Sea, Quebec. Our rental cottage has spectacular views of the lake. Lac Edja is a very clean lake with exceptional water quality.

• Four Season Cottage with a stone fireplace, wood stove and electric baseboard heaters
• Bright interior, tastefully decorated.
• Panoramic windows in the kitchen and living room with an exceptional view of the lake.
• 2 bedrooms: 1 Queen Bed in Master Bedroom , 1 Double Bed/single bunk in the second bedroom
• Spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen.
• One 3-pce bathroom.
• South-east facing wrap-around deck with BBQ, a sunshade on the deck.
• Large dock at waterfront.
• Quiet, clean, sandy spring-fed lake with gradual increase in depth. Floating dock to swim and dive
• Rowboat with oars, life preservers, canoe, sit-on kayak, peddle boat included.
• fire pit and wood provided for evening fires.
• TV & VCR/DVD/CD/Stereo.
• Local Telephone, (Long Distance Calling Card or cell phone is required to make any long distance calls)
• Parking, Cards, games, sand toys, a selection of paperback novels for your enjoyment ,a bench-swing for evening chats
